Convert JPG and photos to PDF without losing quality
Put one photo or a whole set of images into a single PDF, in the order you choose. With no size target, JPEG files go into the PDF byte for byte, so pages look exactly like your photos. When a form sets a file limit, pick a target such as 200 KB instead.
JPG to PDF without losing quality
With the size target off, every JPEG is embedded with its original compressed data, so there is no second round of JPEG compression. PNG images stay lossless. WebP images are converted in the browser because PDF cannot store WebP directly, and camera rotation saved in EXIF data is respected.
Make an image PDF under 100 KB, 200 KB, or 500 KB
Choose a target PDF size and RealScaner re-encodes the images as JPEG, lowering quality first and pixel size second, then measures the finished PDF. A set that is already under the limit is left untouched. If a very small target cannot be met, you get the smallest PDF it could make, with the real size shown.
Photo to PDF on a phone, with pages in order
Pick photos from your gallery, then drag cards or use the move buttons to set the page order, and rotate any sideways shot. Choose A4, Letter, or pages that fit each image, plus margins. The images stay on your device, which suits ID cards, receipts, certificates, and application forms.
Common questions
Practical answers about privacy, formats, and output quality.
Does JPG to PDF reduce image quality?
Not when the target size is off. JPEG files are embedded with their original data, so no second compression happens. PNG stays lossless. WebP is converted in the browser, to high-quality JPEG, or to PNG when the image has transparency.
How do I make a PDF under 200 KB from photos?
Choose 200 KB under Target PDF size, then create the PDF. The images are re-encoded as JPEG until the whole PDF fits. Sizes count 1 KB as 1,000 bytes, so the result also passes portals that count 1 KB as 1,024 bytes.
What happens if the target size cannot be reached?
You still get the smallest PDF the tool could make, and the result shows its real size and says the target was missed. Remove some images or choose a larger target. Images are never shrunk below 320 pixels on the short side.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Reading, ordering, rotating, re-encoding, and building the PDF all happen in your browser. RealScaner never receives the images or the PDF.
Can I convert HEIC photos from an iPhone?
Not in this tool. Convert them with HEIC to JPG first, then add the JPG files here. Many iPhone browsers also convert HEIC to JPG automatically when you choose photos.
Which page sizes and limits apply?
Choose Fit image, A4, or Letter, with automatic, portrait, or landscape orientation and no, small, or large margins. Fit image pages match each image at 96 pixels per inch. You can add up to 50 static JPG, PNG, or WebP images.
