RealScaner is a browser-first document scanner for turning paper pages, camera captures, clipboard images, and existing files into cleaner digital copies. The current build focuses on crop and corner adjustment, appearance enhancement, annotations, signatures, add/remove page controls, and exports without requiring an account or paid subscription.
What RealScaner does
The product is designed for everyday paperwork like receipts, forms, notes, agreements, school pages, and other paper-first documents. You can import a page, correct edges, adjust appearance, add or remove pages, place a signature, and download the final result from one workspace.
This site does not claim OCR, AI extraction, server-side document archiving, founder stories, customer counts, certifications, or other business details that are not present in the current product and configuration.
How the browser-first workflow works
Start with your preferred input
Use a device camera, upload a file from your device, or paste an image from the clipboard. The scanner then keeps the current pages in view while you edit them.
Adjust and organize pages
Adjust the crop area with corner controls, tune brightness or contrast, mark up a page, place signatures, and add or remove pages before export.
Supported inputs and outputs in current build
The homepage workflow currently supports camera capture, clipboard images, PDFs, and common image formats such as JPEG, PNG, WebP, and SVG. Exports currently include PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, and SVG.

Privacy direction
RealScaner's current scanner workflow is intended to run in the browser during the active session. The current build does not provide accounts, payment processing, or a server-side document archive. You still send routine web requests to the hosting environment when loading the site itself, and the legal pages explain that boundary in more detail.
